A wonderful experience of prenatal yoga, with a dedicated and thoughtful instructor. Lots of options and variations given depending on your stage of pregnancy. A nurturing space to focus on your mind, body, and growing baby.I would definitely recommend for those who want to take time out to focus on themselves and their baby, and also to develop options for labour and birth poses.

I was lucky enough to experience a private class with Claire on a recent visit to Launceston. Her intuitive style and deep understanding of yoga in her excellent home studio, ensured a memorable experience. As a 25 year plus yoga lover I would highly recommend Yoga from Vine to Vintage. Residents should take definitely advantage of the in home private classes - I would if I could!

I took part in online and studio classes in my third trimester in pregnancy. Both forms of classes were great! Claire was extremely diligent around adapting all moves for my changing body (and growing tummy!). She even taught me activities and breathing exercises which I used to manage pain labour. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for pregnancy yoga and I look forward to returning to mums and bubs classes!

Claire has a beautiful blend of knowledge and understanding. Her classes and workshops convey the depth of training and knowledge she has. Those qualities, combined with her empathy for and understanding of the individual, creates a truly gentle and safe experience.
